FAQ

"Why do I need a password to shop?"
For now, the shop is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for patreon subscribers. For others who are unable to subscribe, we hold annual events around every 3 months to give everyone the opportunity to collect merch of their favorite characters with no password needed. This also helps the store staff keep wait times lower for orders to be shipped.

"I am located in another country, do you ship internationally?"
YES! We ship worldwide with exceptions placed by either the postal service or US government.  


"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"
It will depend on the parcel destination, orders may take up to 7 days to process and shipping may vary depending if it is placed within the US or internationally.

"Can I track my items during shipping?"
Yes! A postal tracking number will be sent upon fulfillment. 

"I live abroad and my items are taking a long time to arrive. What do I do?"
If shopping Internationally, it is best to track your parcel often after it has shipped. Sometimes items can be held by the destination customs office and can require more information or fees to be delivered. You can also contact us for shipping information. 

​"Are there countries not available for shipping?"
Yes unfortunately, there are some countries that either shipping services will not deliver too, our government prohibits sales, or the destination country does not allow US products to enter. Here is the current list of countries we are not able to service at this time.
Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Central African Republic, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Laos (accepting Priority Mail Express International only), Myanmar, Niue (accepting Priority Mail Express International only), Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen.

"What do I do if my package was lost or stolen?"
Please contact us. Though we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, we still would like to help how we can.

"There was a mistake and I received the incorrect items, what do I do?"
Please contact us. Though we try our best to send everything correctly mistakes can happen and we will correct the order as soon as possible.

"What should I do when contacting the shop?"
When writing in, it's not necessary but very helpful if you have your order number as it helps the shop find your information much more quickly.

"I live outside the US and the tracking number no longer is tracking my package. Why?"
Some countries do not have full tracking from the source. When the parcel arrives to local customs it may receive a new tracking number, you can usually find the new number above the first one. If you struggle to find the number please contact us and we will assist.

"Are import taxes and duties for international shipping included with my purchase."
While we were able to cover most of those taxes in the beginning we are unable to cover possible import duties currently. The taxes or fees will very from country to country and sometimes are not required. It is stressed that you continue to check on the shipping status of your parcel.
